The Watson Residence

The Watson Residence

The Watson Residence is a dwelling that is designed to try and emulate the styles of Frank Lloyd Wright. Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect, interior designer, and writer and educator. His style was known as "Prairie School," which aimed for "organic architecture" in homes and commercial buildings. He strived for a horizontal emphasis and expansive, open interior spaces. Wright's style included low, pitched roofs, and long rows of casement windows, employing only locally available materials and wood that was always unstained and unpainted, emphasizing its natural beauty.
